Shipping Policy

Shipping & Returns Policy – Shopenness.com

Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Dispatch Time: 3–4 working days (excluding pre-orders or made-to-order items).

  • Delivery Time:

    • Metro Cities: 4–5 working days after dispatch

    • Other Areas: 8–10 working days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to local conditions. Your patience is appreciated.

Shipment Processing Time

All delivery charges must be paid by you as shown in the product/cart page; if your order value is below ₹999 a delivery charge of ₹100 will be applicable, and if it is ₹999 or above you will not be charged for shipping. Delivery shall be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. We will make every effort to deliver within the times specified and shall use our best endeavors to deliver the goods to you within 2–7 working days from the confirmation of order (except Pre-order listing products).

  • Shipping charges are mentioned on the product page. If it states Free Shipping, you will not be charged.

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided during checkout.

  • If required by a specific date, place your order well in advance.

  • Once delivered to your address, responsibility of the goods lies with you.

Return & Refund Policy
 

We accept returns only if:

  1. You received a wrong product, or

  2. The product is damaged upon arrival

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at marketing@ennesstrades.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share photos and a full unboxing video showing the damage or wrong item.

Return Conditions:

  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer (except in case of wrong item).

  • All returns must be securely packed. Improper packaging that causes further damage will not be accepted.

  • If the buyer refuses to return the product, the issue will be considered resolved.

Important Notes on Unboxing Video

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claims.

  • It must:

    • Start from showing the shipping label.

    • Be continuous (no cuts).

    • Clearly show product condition as it is being unboxed.

  • Re-packed boxes or delayed videos are not valid for claims.

No replacement/refund without proper unboxing video.

Delivery Instructions

  • Ensure correct and active Indian mobile number (for OTPs).

  • If the shipment is returned due to wrong address/contact or unavailability, re-shipping costs + insurance (approx. 2-5% of order value) will be deducted from refund or need to be paid for reshipping.

Once shipped, changes to address or contact details are not allowed.

General Order Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–12 working days.

  • We are not responsible for any concerns raised after 90 days from order date.

Product Expectations

  • Most models are handcrafted collectibles and may have minor imperfections.

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Small paint blemishes or minor defects typical of collectible items.

    • Product dissatisfaction due to brand/build quality.

    • Press-fit wheel issues (can be fixed manually).

Please research the product/brand before purchase.

In Case of Delivery Disputes

  • If a shipment shows “Delivered” but is not received, inform us within 24 hours to raise a POD request.

  • No claims will be accepted after this timeframe.

Tampered Packages

  • If the parcel appears tampered with:

We may fulfill orders on behalf of third-party vendors:

  • For any issues, please contact the vendor directly.

  • Orders placed outside of shopenness.com are the vendor’s responsibility.

Missing Orders

If your payment is deducted but the order doesn’t reflect on your dashboard, email us with payment details and we’ll resolve it.
